The Company Holds the First Secretary Symposium

         On the afternoon of April 18, the Company held the First Secretary Symposium in 3910 Meeting Room, welcomed the first secretary of the third round selected by the Company to the Company after it successfully completed the work in the village, and sent the first secretary of the fourth round to go to its post. Ni Shoumin, Secretary of the Party Committee and a director of the Company, was present at the meeting and gave a speech, and the responsible comrades of the unit where the first secretary of the fourth round is located and the first secretary of the third and the fourth round attended the Symposium.
        At the meeting, Sun Jinxu, the first secretary of the third round, reported the work over the past two years, and shared its own work experience and attainment. Song Leiping, Wang Zhenying and Xu Jiangdao, the first secretaries of the fourth round, took their stands and gave a speech, respectively. They said that they would, under the leadership of the Company's Party Committee and local party committee government, remember the great trust of the organization, follow the crowd's expectations, remain true to our original aspiration, unite and cooperate, overcome difficulties, learn modestly from the masses, the grass root comrades and the first secretary of the last round, constantly improve work ability and business level, and strive to complete the task of poverty alleviation.
       The responsible comrades of the unit where the first secretary of the fourth round was located said that they would actively support the first secretary. The unit was the strong backing of the first secretary, and would do its best to provide them with logistic support, in order to relieve the first secretary's worries in life and work, so that they have more time and energy to put in the work of grasping the building of the Party and promoting poverty alleviation.
       Ni Shoumin, Secretary of the Party Committee and a director of the Company, expressed his congratulation and gratitude to Sun Jinxu, the first secretary of the third round which successfully completed the tasks on behalf of the Company, and proposed expectation and entrustment to the first secretaries of a new round. Ni Shoumin said that over the past two years, Sun Jinxu remembered the missions, whole-heartedly solve problems and handle concrete affairs to the ordinary people, so that he won highly praises of the local party committee and government as well as the grass root Party members and masses, established the good image of Party members and cadres of Shandong Development & Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.; he had been honored for two consecutive years, and won the honor for the Company. Ni Shoumin hoped that after Sun Jinxu returned to the Company, he should continue to care about the new round of work of the first secretary, and play a good role in couching to help the Company get good effect in targeted poverty alleviation.
        Ni Shoumin said that 2020 was a comprehensive sprint period to alleviate poverty and overcome difficulties. The Organization Office of Shandong Provincial Party Committee decided to continue to carry out a new round of first secretary selection, which was an important measure to ensure that the objectives and tasks to alleviate poverty and overcome difficulties were completed as scheduled. The Party Committee of the Company attached great importance to the selection of the first secretary. Through the organization and mobilization as well as personal registration, the Party Committee decided through research to take three comrades, including Song Leiping, as the first secretaries of the fourth round.          Ni Shoumin required that the first secretaries of the new round should raise their political positions, deeply recognize their own political responsibilities, carefully perform the tasks of grasping the building of the Party, promoting anti-poverty and overcoming difficulties, according to the requirements deployed by Shandong Provincial Party Committee, lead the masses to get rich, and boost rural revitalization; should strengthen learning: enhance the Party's routes and policies, raise the level of policy theory, but also be adept in learning the methods of the masses, know how to communicate with the masses; learn from the books and the comrades around, Party members and the masses; constantly accumulate rural working experience, do its best to supervise the implementation, serve the masses, never over-emphasized and put on airs, steadily promote, consolidate and improve the achievements of poverty alleviation and difficulty overcoming, implement the objectives and tasks, make rules and follow disciplines, always adhere to take the disciplines and rules as the first, be strict with itself, practice honestly, and establish the good image of Party members and cadres.
